Mechanic Simplification
To make battle rules easier to understand, Precise Attack has been removed from the game. Attack now always loses to Dodge — no exceptions. Previously, six species (Zaricat, Pefareon, Talion, Voltaryx, Drago, Sumiya) had a 50% chance to hit through Dodge with their Attack. That exception caused confusion and made Dodge feel unreliable. Now the rule is simple: Dodge always beats Attack.
