Campaign Mode Beta: The Hollow Elder

Campaign Mode enters beta with two story worlds! Face the Hollow Elder — a level-30 Gorly — in the forest, or answer the Sunken Bell against the level-30 Drowned Warden in the deep.

Suikamon's first story campaign is here in beta — with two parallel worlds, both open from the start. In the forest, the Elder of the Grove — an ancient Gorly that slept for a hundred years — has woken up wrong: it eats and eats and is never full. Out in the bay, a sunken bell tolls on its own, and every toll pulls the tide higher.

World 1: The Hollow Elder (Nature, 19 battles)

  • The Verdant Trail (Lv.5–12) — the hunger reaches the outskirts; 8 battles from Sprout Scout Pip to the Verdant Warden
  • The Deepwood (Lv.14–20) — empty hives and ravenous wilds; the Grove Witch reveals the truth about the Elder
  • The Elder Grove (Lv.22–30) — the devoured heart of the forest, ending at the Hollow Elder itself: a level-30 Gorly with two level-28 companions

World 2: The Sunken Bell (Water, 13 battles)

  • Tidewater Crossing (Lv.5–16) — a bell rings where no bell should be; 7 battles from Ferryman Brack to the Tide Warden
  • The Drowned Deep (Lv.18–30) — black water and lantern light, ending at the Drowned Warden: a level-30 Fernail that rings dusk for a keeper who drowned a century ago, flanked by two level-28 companions

A real challenge

Rivals ramp from level 5 to level 30, but your Suikamons are always capped at level 20. Late chapters are uphill fights — win with switches, your potion, and smart play, not raw stats. Every world, chapter, and battle carries a short story beat and rival dialogue, so each fight has a reason.

  • Every win earns XP — first clears grant 25/40/50 XP to each squad member; repeat wins grant 40% of that, dungeon-style
  • Element-themed rivals with unique nicknames — all-Nature squads in the forest, all-Water squads in the deep
  • Per-world linear unlocks — defeat a rival to open the next stretch; progress in one world never gates the other
Gorly
Gorly — Rare Nature type — and, at the Heartwood, the Hollow Elder itself

Four more worlds wait on the map as previews: Cinder Pass (Fire), Storm Summit (Thunder), The Mirrored Isle, and The Champion's Road.
